Tina Thinkin 0f Good Times December 11, 2013

Thinking of how much I wish you were here for the holidays, and feeling so very sad. But then I remember the ones we were blessed to have had with you. Like when santa came to the house....you were in such a hurry to tell him what you wanted and he scared Travis, he cried, and you talked him into not being scared. Of course you had to tell santa what he wanted.....sounded a lot like what you asked for! Thanks for the wonderful memories that see me through!!!!! I Love You More Than Words Can Say!!!

Today Lil Brother we are sharing the Memory of the time you put on Mommas shades and took off. Until you seen the picture of you in them you never even realized they had rhinestones on them. That just started the laughs and alot more stories. Thanks for the Laughs & Love! We sure do miss you, but so blessed to be so very lucky to have you in our lives. You made this life worth  living, and a joy to go through!!!!! Youre still the Heart of this Family & Missed So Very Much! Hope you know how proud you made us all. Robbie still loves to talk about his adventures with his "BROTHER"! Thanks for being there for ALL OF US!

This is the memory that is playin in my head, a lot recently. We were at Moma's and Grady had a guy give him some furniture, he'd bought new stuff, and Grady wanted to bring it to see if Moma wanted any of it. He was drivin the "Burb" & couldn't fit it in the back. Moma told him to use my truck(86 Short Wheel Based Chevy), So he said" Hey, I need the keys to get something for Moma". Well he got in the truck, Adam went to help Uncle Grady, & they took off. Went across the road to the neighbors, just to see what they were doing. He pulled out of their driveway, stomped on the gas & squeeled the tires. When he got back, the bed was loaded down with furniture, he got out and told Moma, "No wonder Tina can't drive. You gotta turn the wheel all the way around before the wheels even start to try to turn." We laughed our butts off over that, and he never let me forget that the steering on my truck wasn't worth spit. Couple days later we were going to town & I said that I'd drive. He asked of I was sure that I could, his steering worked like it was supposed too, and I might wreck just tryin to get to the highway!! And it came up several times after that too, he was always finding something to get us laughin, and tryin to give me grief over my driving & my ride. It was not something that I will ever forget & I'm glad to have memories of laughter and smiles, with all his aggrevation done in love, no matter what it was!

I keep thinking back over life with Grady, and although he could be a hand full, he was filled with so much happiness, and mischief. I remember one night he came home and went into his room. He came right back out the door, looking for something. Next thing I knew he had Moma's bug spray and went back into his room. He sprayed the hell out of it, you could smell it everywhere. I asked what was wrong, He just looked at me and said."I told that spider that as long as I didn't see it, it got to live. Well it should have run faster and I wouldn't have seen it. I laughed my ass  off at him! Then he started into his room again, and I told him he had to let it air out or he wouldn't be able to breath, he looked so serious and said, Then neither will the spider. I don't remember laughing that hard in a long long time. He always did bring laughter and joy into my life. Thanks Lil Brother, for all that I carry of you inside my heart!

He was always the only one who could make me laugh or calm down with just a look or phrase. All my memories are great ones of times shared with the BEST MAN God ever let us borrow for a while! Knowing he was there was all any of us ever needed. Thank God he's still withme are I'm not sure how things would be for me or THEM!!!! He touched everyone in such a wonderfully unique way we will always carry Him with us. We are the lucky ones!!!!
